Join us for a relaxing hour of mindfullness with Kelly Farrell who will guide us through gentle Yoga Poses to relax the body and mind. Suitable for all levels but will consist of mainly floor work. This class will run from 10.30am-11.30 in the Castle Arch Hotel.
